Job Description:- 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling startup organization
- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings. Identify and attract world-class talent. Proven experience in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and internal ATS like CEIPAL
- Define and execute talent acquisition strategies across a broad spectrum of technical roles. Versatile with the ability to work on a variety of different technical roles at once
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
- Experience working with an internal ATS - CEIPAL
- A history of recruiting for roles in the Information Technology Industry.
- Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles.
- Strong experience in hourly/salary negotiation
- Provide mentorship or indirect leadership on various recruiting best practices
