Description We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Coordinator/Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. In this position, the HR Coordinator/Generalist will oversee a variety of tasks and assignments related to the daily support of operations in the HR department. Primary responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions.

Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster positive relationships.

Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

Support the performance review process, including data collection and analysis.

Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.

Assist in identifying training and development opportunities for employees.

Compliance:

Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and update as needed.

HR Reporting:

Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.

Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities.

Training and Development:

Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees.

Identify opportunities for employee skill development and career growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in HR coordination or generalist roles.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
