Accountable for Quarterly and Annual achievement of sales and revenue OP targets for assigned territory.

Provide input to deal pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.

Manage install base and drive lifecycle management.

Grow opportunity funnel and accurately manage Salesforce CRM

Creating, cultivating, and leveraging long-term customer relationships, including "C" level and Senior VP level stakeholders.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs.

Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop and lead effective counterstrategies.

Present and discuss the technological and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.

Differentiate offerings during the stages of the sales lifecycle, effectively using GEHC resources to actively support the customer through their decision-making process.

Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of customer products and services.

Prospect for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining our existing customer portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years professional healthcare experience or equivalent required.

Previous experience in the Healthcare industry with capital equipment and/or commercial service sales preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.

Excellent negotiation & closing skills.

Strong presentation and relationship building skills.

Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team.

Must be comfortable with responsibilities requiring a mix of office and travel.

Must be willing to be located in territory, Dallas, TX.

Desired Characteristics

Proven experience and success selling capital equipment and/or service contracts.

Hospital executive relationship building skills.

Excellent computer and analytical skills

Proficient and comfortable managing, understanding, and communicating significant and sometimes complex data.
