Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator based in Dallas, Texas. The individual will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning in a professional and friendly manner. The responsibilities of this role extend from greeting guests, managing office supplies, to providing support to the HR team, and more.Responsibilities: Greet guests and team members, providing a positive and welcoming office environment Respond to inquiries and requests from team members and guests, whether in person, via phone or email Act as the point of contact between the office and the building management company Handle key card and access system management for office team members Maintain cleanliness and appropriate stocking of break rooms and conference rooms Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate supplies at all times Coordinate daily lunch orders for team members Oversee scheduling of conference rooms, ensuring efficient use of office resources Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries for the office Sort and distribute incoming mail Assist with coding HR invoices Provide administrative support to the HR team as required Undertake routine administrative tasks Coordinate meals for the executive leadership team as needed Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is required. Must have prior experience in administrative assistance. Knowledge of managing and answering multi-line phone systems is necessary. Experience in concierge services is desired. Strong customer service skills are required. Must be able to carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and speed. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed. Experience in organizing files and maintaining filing systems is essential.
