Description Our construction client is in the process of expanding their team with the addition of a Construction Project Manager based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves the oversight of multiple construction projects and budgets.Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee all aspects of installation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintain strong relationships and communicate project status updates regularly. Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the correct installation and operation of sites. Address any technical challenges and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Identify and mitigate financial risks. Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timeline and deliverables. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in commercial construction projects. Knowledge of construction engineering. Understanding of construction costs and budgeting. Familiarity with the construction industry. Experience in construction management. Skills in risk management related to construction projects.
