We are seeking a safety-minded person withexperienceworking in a manufacturing cleanroom environment/lab/plant. You will be responsible forsafety management,ensuring company safety and compliance policies are followed and maintained by employees inside the Fab. Job Description:
Provide general oversight and safety consultation and coaching for Field Engineering Teams during high-velocity system start-up ramp periods.
Maintain weekly safety toolbox talks across 4 shifts.
Publish Safety Bulletins relative to work and location of work monthly.
Provide guidance for Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), and Safety Walk-Abouts (SWA) across all toolsets daily.
Engage with support trades and customers for safety alignment between them and Engineering Teams.
Respondand investigate any safety-related incidents.
Manage the procurement, inventory, and tracking of safety-related equipment.
Provide Weekly and Monthly performance tracking and KPIs related to Safety Utilization of LOTO. PTP, SWAs, Safety Bulletins, along with Weekly and Monthly Reports outs to Applied Management on Site EHS performance.
Performing safety management, audit, and inspection for customer sites to ensure compliance with government, customers, and all EHS policies, processes, andprocedures.
Attending regular customer meetings and delivering information to customers
Participating in the incident investigation to find the root cause and correctiveactions.
Discuss findings, propose corrective measures with the supervisors and management, and check whether these arefollowed.
Executing strategy to ensure effective EHS programs to improve employee working safety and reduce workplacerisks.
Communicating with employees, customers, and vendors for EHS-related issues
Promoting safety awareness activity
Preparing and reporting the data on EHS performance
Excellent communications skills
Able to provide EHS training andpresentation.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years' experienceworking in a safety role, FSE, or Equipment Technician
Manufacturing/Lab/Plant/Cleanroom safety experience (working in a manufacturing cleanroom)
OSHA Safety Certifications / Safety Classes / COHE/LOTO
Experience creating safety reports andpresenting.
Fab/manufacturing plant -walking around the facility in a pressure-controlledenvironment.
Working with or experience handling hazardous materials
Traveldomestically and internationally required fortraining.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of associatedegree in electronics, engineering, or other related field of study preferred, or Military Equivalent
