Job DescriptionPosition: Director, Consulting Services (DoE)Reports to: Vice-President, Consulting ServicesPosition Summary: This is a key leadership position in Consulting with Advatix (a GCG company) and is responsible for the profitable and expedited growth of the Consulting Services. These services include supply chain strategy through execution, including hands-on execution capabilities. One of our key differentiators is the ability to bring in management consulting thinking with the requisite operational expertise and help execute strategies driving tangible value to the bottom line (concept to cash).Key Responsibilities:Domain & Consulting Skills

Demonstrate leadership as a trusted advisor for executives at clients in the Business Transformation and Supply Chain domains

Dive deep into the details and identify challenges and opportunities

Lead complex analyses to develop recommendations for client challenges

Build and articulate to the client the value proposition for these recommendations

Exhibit exceptional communication skills

Business Development

Collaborate with sales, executives and leverage professional network for revenue growth

Develop a sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle to closure

Conduct assessments to help scope and develop proposals (SOWs or RFP responses)

Assist in selling services across the GCG portfolio of companies (Advatix, XPDEL and Archway) 

Program Management

Setup, monitor and manage current and future engagements

Build and develop client relationships during engagements to drive future opportunities

Provide weekly executive updates on engagements: status reporting, challenges, resolutions etc.

Customer Satisfaction

Drive customer satisfaction

Manage escalation and resolve critical issues

Ensure timely and on-budget completion of deliverables that meet and exceed expectations

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree Required.
