- Worked on creating automation around CI/CD platforms
- Clear understanding of concepts of Anytime Deployment
- Responsible for identifying automation opportunities required to get to full fledged Anytime Deployment in Production
- Responsible for architecting the correct roadmap for roll out of Anytime Deployment engineering and adoption
- Responsible for orchestrating adoption of the solution
- Responsible for representing KPIs associated with the adoption
- Provide advisory and optimization services for CICD Ecosystem tools including (but not limited to) Harness, RLM, Jenkins, Tekton, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Blackduck, Checkmarx.
- Participate in transformation activities by providing guidance to NAM Enablement Engineering group on how to ensure marketplace evolutions and best practices are brought to . Track and report on these innovations at least monthly
- Collect and report on DORA Big4 metrics at with a monthly report out. Provide analysis on metrics that leads to actionable changes in behavior of Application Development Teams.
- Conduct monthly engagement health report out showcasing productivity (operations performed), innovation submission/tracking, and analytics of contribution by client partner to NAM Engineering Enablement leadership.
- Manage Automation capabilities to fully utilize potential of available tools like Unify CICD, BRAIN, Visualize and establish a feedback mechanism to continuously improve these tools. Automate processes and governance models to ensure ease of compliance. Leverage DevOps Dashboard as single point of interaction for App Dev to work with ATD (Any Time Deployment) processes.
