Hybrid- Work in office 2-3 times a week in Dallas, TX WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We are looking for a Development Operations Coordinator who will lead efforts to support funding growth development through data analysis, systems training, reporting, data hygiene and strategic implementation of gift processing procedures.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:

Identify gift adjustments and/or gift requests to support accuracy of revenue.

Analyze and provide data and reports to assist in operational reviews, monitoring activity initiatives.

Gift processing to include cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate execution of check processing/bundling procedures are followed and understood.

Data system updates to ensure quality by creating new accounts, requesting account merges and making other needed updates. (Salesforce)

Support portfolio updates by transferring accounts/contacts to the appropriate relationship manager, inactivating/adding new accounts to ensure portfolios are reflected for each role.

Monitor upcoming and past due solicitations, share information to ensure data is updated appropriately.

Assist with onboarding of new fundraisers, serve as the primary systems trainer for new hires and volunteers. Provide ongoing user training on new functionality and/or changes in the system.

Serve as the liaison to key national contacts for data systems, gift processing and research. Support tracking large budgeted monthly gifts reflected in the revenue budget to support forecasting.

Lead volunteers who perform data entry and data-related projects for development team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Associate degree or equivalent required

Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Knowledge of office systems: MS Office preferred and fundraising database systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce.com).

Travel: May travel some and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system.

Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Frequently lift and/or move 15 to 30 pounds.

May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations.

The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, and printers, light traffic).

Ability to work in a small cubicle and the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Overall mobility is essential.

It may also include driving a vehicle and working under challenging conditions.
