Description We are searching for a Sr. Compliance Analyst, based in Dallas, Texas, who will become an integral part of our service industry team. As a Sr. Compliance Analyst, you will be tasked with managing corporate privacy work plans, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and reviewing medical records during privacy investigations or monitoring activities. Responsibilities: Execute Corporate Privacy Work Plans, ensuring adherence to all regulations and internal controls. Review medical records during privacy investigations or monitoring activities to ensure data integrity. Recommend improvements to the internal control structure to enhance its effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state privacy regulatory requirements. Utilize knowledge of audit and investigation techniques to maintain compliance. Use skills in healthcare compliance, compliance auditing, and privacy regulations to manage and improve privacy programs. Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry operations and physician services to ensure all privacy practices are in line with industry standards. Apply understanding of privacy policies and practices to ensure all aspects of the job function are compliant. Leverage expertise in HIPAA Compliance - Patient Privacy Rule to ensure all patient data is handled in a compliant manner. Monitor and ensure the integrity of privacy programs to maintain compliance with all privacy regulations. Requirements Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Compliance Familiarity with the HealthCare Industry Proficiency in conducting Compliance Audits Demonstrated expertise in Privacy Compliance Thorough understanding of Privacy Policies Ability to design, implement, and manage Privacy Practices In-depth knowledge of Privacy Regulations Experience with HIPAA Compliance - Patient Privacy Rule Experience in developing and maintaining Privacy Programs Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proactive in identifying issues and challenges Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
