Business Execution Manager-Early Careers

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager as part of the Wells Fargo's Early Careers Program within Human Resources. This role will be responsible for providing leadership in the strategic planning, managing of projects and execution of early talent initiatives.In this role, you will:

Partner with stakeholders including business managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and LOB program liaisons.

Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development

Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to the strategy and execution of program delivery

Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is a key component thread throughout program participant recruiting, experiences and training

Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives, including manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

Remain current on internal and external practices that drive greater conversion, retention, engagement, and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Experience managing and developing teams of individual contributors and managers

Experience in Early Careers program management or recruiting

Experience coaching and developing staff to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Proven experience with consulting and stakeholder management including a proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships .

Strong analytical skills and ability to lead with data-driven approach

Strong leader with express in process improvement and problem resolution

Ability to exercise judgment and decision making within broadly defined policies and practices and work independently demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Change management experience.

Strong deck creation skills, at an executive-ready level and fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
