What you'll be doing: Lead and mentor a team of BDRs to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs related to:Outreach Quality Discovery Calls Team Demos TAL (Target Account List) progression and conversion Drive quality pipeline generation by guiding the team through smart outbound strategies and strategic initiatives. Build and continuously refine outreach sequences based on performance data, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality and conversion. Proactively own and optimize day-to-day processes by identifying what’s not working and improving it before it impacts performance.Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align go-to-market strategies and optimize performance. Develop coaching frameworks and scalable playbooks that improve messaging, call quality, targeting, and overall BDR performance.Represent the BDR team in cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment with broader company goals. Stay on top of industry trends and continuously explore new tools, techniques, and best practices to improve outbound effectiveness and team efficiency.
