Description Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our company’s financial records. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded and reported. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, and experience with accounting software.Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and ensuring accurate tax deductions.
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support the preparation for audits and assist with internal controls.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
