Description We are searching for a meticulous and skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in the Real Estate industry in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and addressing customer credit inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect overdue payments.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Address and resolve customer credit inquiries efficiently and professionally Monitor customer credit accounts regularly for any discrepancies Take appropriate actions to collect overdue payments from customers Carry out commission calculations as per company policies and standards Actively participate in account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Conduct administrative tasks as required to support the financial operations Utilize QuickBooks online for various bookkeeping tasks Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform data entry tasks and use Microsoft Excel for financial data management Assist in month-end close procedures and manage payroll processing Utilize skills in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate Investment for financial operations. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role Minimum of 2 years experience using QuickBooks Online Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Bank Reconciliations and general Bookkeeping Strong skills in Data Entry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Month End Close procedures Experience in handling Commissions Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Real Estate, and Commercial Real Estate Investment Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
