We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects, from concept to completion. Analyze project background and summarize understanding of requirements.Propose design and development plan.Assist Project Director or Project Manager with project schedule and budget plan; ensure the project is implemented as approved and scheduled; be accountable for design quality and progress; coordinate with the other team members to complete design tasks.Produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as part of the day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects.Coordinate design works with other disciplines within RRS Group as well as external consultants and suppliers.Responsible for prooing and revision of design materials.Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex problem solving of technical issues.Other tasks assigned by people manager.
