Description We are on the search for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in the real estate property and facilities management industry, based in Dallas, Texas. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be tasked with maintaining our technical systems and providing crucial support to our team. This role involves working with a range of technologies and requires a strong understanding of customer service.Responsibilities: Utilize Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell technologies to support the application infrastructure. Maintain and troubleshoot Firewall Technologies as required to ensure system security. Manage Active Directory systems to maintain user and computer accounts. Use Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and availability. Handle computer hardware issues, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally. Employ Configuration Management techniques to maintain system consistency. Provide high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues. Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of technology systems. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco Technologies Experience with Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Cloud Technologies Proficiency in Dell Technologies Knowledge of Firewall Technologies Understanding of Active Directory Experience with Backup Technologies Proficiency in Computer Hardware Proven experience in Configuration Management Strong customer service skills Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
