Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. Operating within the food industry, this role involves handling key tasks related to maintaining and organizing vendor files and supporting the Accounts Payable team in crucial tasks.Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately enter invoices into Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP software. Support the Accounts Payable team with various tasks, contributing to the achievement of team and project goals. Organize and sort vendor files in PDF format for seamless integration into the company's document management system. Maintain a detail-oriented approach in managing AP-related documentation. Contribute to the optimization of vendor files in PDF format. Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Uphold detail-oriented standards in all aspects of the role. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Ability to perform Check Runs Expertise in Coding Invoices Proficiency in Data Entry Experience with Invoice Processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Oracle Experience with QuickBooks Familiarity with SAP Able to work with PDF files Experience with Adobe Acrobat Proficiency in Numeric Data Entry Ability to handle High-Volume Data Entry Skills to Perform Data Entry tasks effectively Proficiency in Computer Data Entry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
