A Technical Other OEM Parts Leader serves as the parts champion and direct owner for assigned projects for both planned and unplanned customer part outages in the region for Steam power systems. The responsibilities will include working with Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics & Configuration teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Parts Project Manager:- Attend & actively participate in opportunity calls with the regional team members
- Actively support planned and unplanned other OEM customer part requests
- Own the complete process deliverables from the ITO to OTR phases
- Develop and produce accurate part proposals based on all available source information
- Utilize historical data from other OEM Fleet to offer accurate proposals including:Note-parts may not be in any way similar to OEM Legacy parts
- Past outage reports | Pictures
- Component cross-sections
- Design and draft drawing packages in the Order to Requisition phase
- Enter build into required systems
- Approve vendor drawings in the OTR phase
- Disposition ER-Cases
- Customer Service Manager expertise
- Field Engineer expertise
- Souring Quality expertise
- Experience with other OEM machines including Westinghouse, Siemens, Toshiba, Ansaldo, Doosan
- Application Engineering
- Excellent communication skills- proficient in writing/speaking/reading in English
- Energetic, enthusiastic, self-starter, and achiever with minimum supervision
- Analytical problem solving with a complex customer issue
- Ability to adapt in a fluid environment and handle multi-tasking
- SAP-PowerMax
- ServiceNow
- Catia, Solid Works, Autodesk Applications
- Preferably located in Dallas/Ft. Worth Area and/or on the Central Time Zone
