This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher at United Fire Protection LLC. As a Service Dispatcher, the candidate will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating service technicians to service and repair fire protection and life safety systems. Candidate will also schedule and dispatch inspectors for fire protection system inspections. This includes monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and 5 year inspections. The candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution of service and inspection requests. Dispatcher will also be responsible for gathering information necessary for accounts payable to send out invoices. This includes prepping work orders, and inspection reports, as well as time and material costs.

- Familiarity with fire protection and life safety systems is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
