Job Description:
The Insurance Inspector is responsible for conducting on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties in order to assess the risk of insuring the property. This includes evaluating the condition of the property, identifying potential hazards, and determining the replacement cost of the building. The inspector will also take detailed notes and photographs of the property, and use this information to create accurate reports that will be used by insurance companies to determine the cost of coverage.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience in property inspection or a related field
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate measurements
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Valid driver's license
-Must be able to pass background check
