Dorian Bahr Textiles - Full-Time! In Person (Richardson HQ-75081)

Dorian Bahr Textiles is seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultative Inside Sales and Customer Service Professional to manage and grow client relationships in a territory spanning the US Market. If you have a passion for luxury interior textiles and a proven track record of success selling exclusively to the trade, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, and purchasing agents, building strong, lasting partnerships. You'll bring our exquisite collection of textiles to life for clients across a diverse range of projects.

This is a unique and ultimately a huge WIN for a dedicated and self-motivated individual that has interest in becoming a future stakeholder, VP or Associate Partner in a National Textile (fabric) Company and if you have experience working in a multi-line showroom or fabric department whether in sales or in the sample department and want to achieve a hirer goal, then you need to apply.

It takes 1 year commitment contributing to the success of elevating sales and customer service to be considered to enroll in our Partner Training Program.

What You'll Do:

Manage and grow a $2M+ sales territory, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and purchasing agents.

Present and sell our luxury interior textile collections for a wide array of projects.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

IN ADDITION, you need to be flexible and able to wear many hats in the beginning:

Answer incoming customer service calls and emails

Contact/Hire and maintain representative showrooms, outside reps and client direct sales

Invoice and receive payments on QuickBooks

Work with our marketing team to review new/discontinued/limited stock fabrics

Assist with positing images to social media

Assist with selecting new Spring and Fall lines of fabrics

Shipping/Receiving fabric orders from Mills and Suppliers and prepare shipments

Must be able to lift on average up to 100lbs+/-

Have a vehicle to run packages to Post Office or UPS

Must have computer knowledge in Microsoft office; Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp

QuickBooks knowledge is a PLUS (Training Available)

What You Bring:

Extensive experience serving the hospitality industry, including hotels and resorts, venues and entertainment interiors, wellness interiors, yacht interiors, corporate interiors, multi-family interiors, and high-end residential projects.

A demonstrated history of success working within the design industry.

Strong skills in negotiation, sales, textiles, inventory management, and business development.

A highly professional and consultative sales approach.
