Data Entry/Customer Service Representative

Available Shift Times: FULL TIME Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Pay: $15-17 /hr. depending upon experience, biweekly. Contract work-1099

Position Overview: Please note that this is NOT a remote position; you will be working at our McKinney, TX location. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Processing and Customer Service team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their financial journey and achieve their goals. If you are someone who enjoys independent and repetitive style work and finds satisfaction in assisting clients in reaching their dreams, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary paperwork.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Provide exceptional service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.

Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Empathetic and patient with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
