We are seeking a Business Support & Claims Administrator to assist with data entry, payroll processing, customer service, claims management, and office administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Data Entry & Payroll Processing:

Accurately input and maintain company records, reports, and payroll data.

Process payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Track hours, timesheets, and resolve any payroll discrepancies.

✅ Customer Service & Client Relations:

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Provide follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve service-related matters.

✅ Claims Processing & Resolution:

Process and track claims, ensuring timely resolution for customers.

Maintain detailed records and documentation for all claims.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve claims efficiently.

✅ Office Administration & Support:

Assist with general office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Support leadership and team members with administrative duties as needed.

Maintain organized files and ensure all company policies are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in office administration, customer service, or claims management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and payroll software.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

Prior experience with payroll, claims processing, or customer service is a plus.
