Job Description: Customer Service Representative / Entry Level Service Advisor
Location: Mansfield, TX 76063
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday | 7:45am-6:15pm | Wednesday and Weekends OFF)
About the Role:
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating lasting impressions and fostering loyalty through your product knowledge and service excellence.
What You'll Do:
Ensure a positive and memorable experience for customers during their visits.
Utilize product knowledge to present oil change options and additional services.
Answer phone calls, scheduling customers, and following up on vehicle repair status.
Engage in effective communication with customers, providing clear and helpful information on their vehicle.
Participate in a comprehensive training program to become an expert in products, services, and company policies.
Suggest additional services based on customer needs and recommendations.
Present Repair/Service Estimates to customers
Conduct and assist with Digital Vehicle Inspections
Perform Test Drives and Quality Assurance checks on vehicles post repair.
