HIRING Commercial Construction Project Manager Needed
Semi Remote Position - occassional day travel to HQ office in Austin Tx might be required or visitings jobsites.
Project will be in Dallas - Ft Worth ( on occassion you might PM a project in Austin or SA remotely )
Are you a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager with a knack for overseeing the creation of high-end projects. We have ( 2) divisions a general Commercial Construction Div and a C-Store Division. We would ideally like to find someone who can do BOTH. Our C Store - Fuel Division builds state of the art larger high end Fuel - Gas stations, truck stop min marts . If you have experience managing projects with intricate details and have specific experience managing the construction of larger trucks stops, C stores, gas stations, we want to hear from you . We woudl like to see a Project List outlining your project expereince with ground up Gas- fuel station work if you have it.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams ( superintendents) to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure that project specifications are met and that the final product exceeds client expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, specifically with gas stations, truck stops, and convenience stores.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits and meetings.
