ENTRY LEVEL IT SUPPORT TECH
Downtown Dallas, TX ICS is hiring for an Entry Level IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot into the door with an established, enterprise IT department. What You'll Do: - Provide excellent customer service and support to local and remote users
- Assist Senior IT Support team members with managing project tickets
- Make outbound calls to follow up with users and ensure resolution satisfaction
- Respond to phone calls and email requests in a timely manner
Skills/Experience You'll Need: - 0 -1 years of corporate IT Support experience
- Basic IT systems and technology knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to ramp up quickly
- Ability to work independently
