Administrative assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Excel and QuickBooks, as well as a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in a repetitive workflow.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel and QuickBooks , also while matching number and making invoices.
Perform repetitive data entry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, same mentioned above.
Assist with general office tasks as needed from data entry to keeping clean the workplace.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support internal and external needs.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency and consistency.
Reliable and punctual.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
