Description We are seeking a Controller to join our team and oversee the financial health of our operations. This position is pivotal to the company’s success, and you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our owners—a father and his two sons—on strategic financial planning and business growth.Key Responsibilities:As the Controller, your responsibilities will include:

Full Oversight of Accounting Operations – Oversee day-to-day accounting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Month-End Close Process – Manage and drive the financial close process to meet deadlines and provide accurate results.

Financial Preparation and Strategic Collaboration – Prepare financial statements, partner with the company’s CPA, and work closely with the owners on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the future of the business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Certifications: CPA preferred but not required.

Industry Experience: Agriculture industry experience is a plus, but candidates from other industries will also be considered.

Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
