1. Perform visual and dimensional inspection, internally and externally processed inspection and provide acceptance inspection of all equipment.
2. Verify and complete documentation for inspection activities completed or verified to have been completed related to all orders.
3. Perform visual and NDE inspection on all welds and pressure containing areas in accordance with Total procedures and work instructions. Level II PT training and certification will be provided for successful candidates.
4. Ensure that only calibrated equipment is used in all shops to accept products.
5. Complete some types of calibration internally.
6. Perform verification and record keeping on incoming and outgoing shipments.
7. Perform hardness testing activities.
8. Perform and coordinate hydrostatic and hydraulic testing of assemblies in accordance with written procedures.
1. Aid Quality Manager in investigating root cause of corrective actions and non-conformance.
2. Other duties as assigned.
