Facilities Maintenance Technician for great temp to hire position.
Must have facilities maintenance experience to include HVAC, pass background check and drug screen.
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must have 4+ years of building maintenance experience and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Evaluates, repairs and maintains plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building,
Hangs drywall and/or patches existing drywall,
Lays tile in areas under construction,
Communicates with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance,
Responds to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues in the department,
Maintains corporate safety procedures at all times and complies with access control regulations,
Participates on Evacuation Team to help evacuate building in the event of an emergency,
Maintains fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the structure,
Calibrates instruments and tools required for job responsibilities,
$16 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
