We give you an average of 12-15 prearranged appointments per week with interested buyers seeking to purchase a swimming pool. Prior to scheduling the appointments, we ensure they are pre-approved for financing. We confirm the presence of all decision-makers and offer you the opportunity to contact them before your visit. Our typical closing rate ranges from 40-50%. Based on this rate, you can expect to confidently close 5-6 deals per week. With commissions averaging $600-$800 per sale, you can anticipate earning an average commission of $3500 per week.
Completion of a 2.5-day training course is mandatory. If you reside more than 50 miles away from the training location, we will cover the costs of your hotel accommodation.
