A leader in the Residential Remodeling and Building Industry, has an immediate need for an Door 2 Door Sales Rep to work in a well performing territory located in Corpus Christi TX market. The company has a long track record of success as a leading General Remodeling Contractor.

In terms of the actual day to day sales role, this is a residential Door to Door sales position. You will work the existing neighborhoods that our current installation crews are working in offering the same services their neighbors are getting. Window and Door replacement, Kitchen Remodel Bathroom Remodel, New Deck, House Painting interior or exterior, The list goes on of what we can offer our customers.
While you will report to the office each morning for pipeline updates, quoting, and ensuring your orders are being processed. Then in the afternoons/ evenings you will be walking the neighborhoods door knocking with door hangers looking to speak with potential customers. Since we will already be working in the area the potential customers would have already seen our signs and work vans which are all professional wrapped.
While in the field, you will work on both new business hunting and prospecting as well as handling the needs of existing customers.

Compensation for this position will include a base salary. On top of this base salary will be a commission package that should take a performing rep into the $60,000-75,000 range in total annual compensation.

Requirements, we are looking for either a background in Door 2 Door sales, with 2-4 years of sales experience in commercial/residential Windows, Remodeling sales AND/OR an operations or estimating background within the commercial/Residential contracting industry, with a desire to learn the sales side of the industry. While a Bachelors Degree is a plus, it is not required for this role.
Job Requirements
A proven sales record in the home Improvment industry. Clean driving record a plus and a able to pass a back round check.
