FLEXIBLE HOURS, PART TIME POSITION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect rent payments and make deposits
Prepare new leases and amendments
Advertise current and/or upcoming vacancies
Interview prospective tenants
Set up utilities for new or vacant properties
Some data entry into QuickBooks
Tracking of income and expenses by property
Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in property management
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
Ability to pass reference, background and credit checks. Must be Bondable
Self-motivated, quick learner and ability to solve problems independently
Solid communication and interpersonal skill's
