We're looking for enthusiastic Recycling Sorters
In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:
Material Recovery: Efficiently sorting and separating recyclable materials (aluminum, plastic, glass, paper) from incoming waste streams using your keen eye for detail.
Quality Control: Ensuring recovered materials meet quality standards for recycling by removing unacceptable items.
Teamwork: Collaborating with fellow sorters to handle heavy or bulky items, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Communication: Clearly communicating with equipment operators regarding special waste loads for optimal processing.
Safety First: Following all company safety protocols, including operating emergency shut-off mechanisms for the conveyor belt.
