Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Building/repairing to pool tiles, waterfalls, flagstone decking and more

Cutting, shaping and dressing materials to client specifications

Installing dressed stone

Maintaining clean and safe work spaces and tools

Mixing cement and mortar

Placing bricks or concrete blocks on motor beds

Reading and following blueprint drawings or other instructions

Restoring old and damaged masonry

Texturizing and polishing rocks

Qualifications

Candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish are highly preferred

Licenses/Certifications

Completion of a mason apprenticeship or similar work experience preferred

Valid Texas Drivers license and clean driving record

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

One (1) year of masonry experience preferred

Knowledge of:

Commonly used mason techniques, tools and materials

Skilled in:

Prioritizing and organizing work tasks effectively

Organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced office environment

Strong work ethic with excellent attendance

Ability to:

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Work well as an individual and as part of a team

Work in a fast pace environment with rapidly changing priorities

Work in an outdoor open environment in all-weather types
