We are a cleaning Company looking to hire 2-4 cleaners for both residential and commercial properties. The person we are looking for is a highly motivated team player with a positive service attitude towards people and work. Experience is preferred but not required as we do train. Require minimum supervision and has the ability to work well with others.
A High School Diploma is a plus and not required.
Available to work 20+ hours weekly.
Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Gather and empty trash.
Clean windows and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
Notify managers of major repairs or additions needed.
Gather supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures as needed.
Clean equipment, such as glassware or metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, or power cleaning equipment.
Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings as needed.
Drive van, or other vehicles required to travel to, or to perform, cleaning work as needed.
Support in keeping storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts as needed.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met as needed.
Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing as needed.
Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers as needed.
Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary as needed.
Dust and polish furniture and equipment as needed.
Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers as needed.
Sort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets as needed.
Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and fold dried items as needed.
Assign duties to other staff and give instructions regarding work methods and routines.
Make, move, and arrange furniture and turn mattresses.
Hang draperies and dust window blinds.
