Road construction company looking for experienced operators in Corpus Christi.
Job requirements include:
- Valid drivers license
- Pass pre hire drug screen
- Experience with paving operations (milling machine, asphalt paver, loader/backhoe, skidsteer, motorgrader, steel wheel or pneumamtic compactors, etc.)
- Experience with placement of prime coat, HMAC, seal coat, striping, and repairs
- Experience with earthwork, site grading and layout
- Reliable transportation to and from the job sites or yard
Responsibilities include:
- Daily equipment maintenance and inspections before and after use
- Clean up of work area, equipment and work vehicle
- Proper communication with fellow crew members, supervisor and office personnel
- Attendance in required safety meetings
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
