As a custodian and floor technician, you will work performing tasks related to the cleaning of commercial buildings. You will be responsible for stripping and waxing, making sure the buildings are clean, presentable and inviting at all times i.e. sweeping, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, etc.

Job Responsibilities: Maintaining commercial spaces through routine cleaning. Stripping & Waxing commercial buildings using a commercial buffer.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years experience strip & waxing, cleaning, maintaining, and restoring floor surfaces
Must be able to lead a team.
Experience evening the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool
Be able to maintain a positive attitude, speedy service and great work ethic under pressure.
