Ol' Steakhouse Company is looking for a talented restaurant manager to join our team.
Must have at least 2 years of fast-paced casual dining management experience. BOH experience is preferred.
We are looking to hire an individual that is highly motivated and willing to learn our recipes and techniques while bringing your prior knowledge to the team. The ideal candidate will be able to create a teamwork atmosphere, while delegating tasks to staff as well as motivating and coaching them to build employee knowledge. Must be able to accurately keep track of inventory and ensure pars and recipes are being followed, control labor cost and schedule appropriately, and be comfortable talking to guests during their dining experience.
