DESCRIPTIONWireless Sales Manager ( Multi-Unit )Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1,200 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, with a dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 Wireless Sales Pros. As a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations .Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops, and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPI’s.
Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top-performance in your market.
Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top- quality talent in all assigned locations.
Foster’s professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Management experience preferred.
Wireless or related experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
