Property Management Company located in Port Aransas is accepting
applications for a front desk clerk. The applicant will be required to be
dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have excellent customer
service and people skills. Previous experience is a plus. This position will
start as part-time with the possibility of full-time.
The applicant must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include
holidays and weekends. Office hours are Sunday through Saturday 9 am-5 pm
with occasional changes as the seasons dictate. No set schedules.
The desk clerks' duties are to include but are not limited to: answering
phones, making reservations, checking guests in & out, resolving guest
concerns/complaints, coordinating and communicating with inspectors,
housekeeping & maintenance, filing, individual projects as needed or as
directed by supervisor.
