Technical Product Expert (Software - Full Stack)

We create impact. As a Product Expert on the Research and Development team reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will make a positive impact by:  Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and articulate the product vision, positioning and strategy for IoT products in alignment with the company’s overall goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.Define and prioritize product features and roadmap based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROIProduct Development and Management:Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departmentsTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teamsStakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategic direction to stakeholdersEngage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights for product improvements and new features.Performance Monitoring:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform decision-making and future product development.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
