Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst on behalf of one of the worlds leading casual dining restaurant companies. This person will join the IT Enterprise Systems team that has recently implemented Oracle Fusion. As a BSA, you will be responsible for management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications specific to Human Capital Management including Hire to Retire: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent, Learning, Workforce, Recruitment & Onboard, Absence. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that optimize business processes.
