Lead Software Engineer

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions that power our cutting-edge Retail IoT products. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our platform. What You Will Be Doing Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable software applications. Architecture & Design: Drive architectural decisions and ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. Hands-on Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, including real-time image and video processing pipelines. Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize software for low latency, high concurrency, and efficient memory usage. API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that support vision-based and IoT applications. Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with privacy, security, and ethical AI standards. Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of software engineers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers, embedded developers, and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless solutions.
