Description:This consultant will sit at a tech bar in an office doing deskside support for tier 1 and 2 issues. Provide Tier 2 Support Services as required from time to time (including but not limited to): Be the first point of escalation for tickets from the Tier 1 team Maintain the onsite Tech Bar at Verily’s three hub locations: Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, and San Bruno, CA Provide in-person support of user issues and escalations to client teams as needed Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access/permissions issues Troubleshoot issues with integrated systems Manage shipping and receiving equipment to/from client's remote workersSkills:Desktop, Support, TroubleshootingTop Skills Details:Desktop,Support,TroubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications: L1 - L2 - Standard IT deskside support experience Google workspace - Awareness Google Meet - Nice but not required Logitech - Nice but not requiredExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
