Description A company in Conroe/The Woodlands is in need of several CSR's with call center experience to assist with making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to assist callers who need emergency assistance. Duties include verifying information, data entry into excel and monitoring an email inbox to return calls that were missed! This opportunity is set to last about for 1 month, possibly a little longer. Saturday and Sunday work hours are required! 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Data entry experience
Call center experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
