The FLOOR CARE TECHNICIAN position performs daily cleaning of floor in corridors and other assigned areas. Performs cleaning of walls, fixtures, induction units, interior windows, and related projects as assigned. All work to be done in accordance with the standard procedure of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with the objectives of the organization.
Specific duties will include:
Being responsible for cleaning, waxing and polishing tile floors
Cleaning, vacuuming and extracting carpets for cleaning purposes
Floor spot cleaning

Candidates must trainable and have ability to demonstrate the correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools as well as exceptional attendance, reliable transportation and above all, a desire to work with senior adults is essential!
Important Qualifications:
¾High School diploma or equivalent.
¾Computer knowledge/ability
