We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can provide outstanding customer service while assisting with insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to understand and explain insurance products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely solutions regarding insurance policies.

Insurance Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance. Meet and exceed sales goals.

Policy Management: Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, claims processes, and cancellations. Ensure accurate documentation and follow-ups.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Account Maintenance: Update customer information and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date in the system.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively offer additional products and services that align with customer needs.

Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the claims process and provide support to ensure a smooth experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales agents and claims adjusters, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty) is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with insurance-specific systems a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.

Insurance licenses may be required (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or willingness to obtain within a specified period.
