Pioneer Texas, LLC and Pioneer Lot Service is looking for its next Janitorial Contractor. We are seeking reliable and detail oriented janitorial contractors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in multiple gym locations. The contractor will be responsible for general cleaning, disinfecting, and upkeep of facilities, with specific tasks to be completed daily, weekly, and as needed.
LOCATION:
2 gyms in College Station
2 gyms in Bryan
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners.
- Wipe down surfaces and disinfect high-touch areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of gym equipment and common areas.
- Perform floor care (sweeping, mopping, and occasional waxing or buffing).
- Report supply shortages and equipment issues.
- Handle special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet care.
Requirements:
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must provide own cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
