WORKING FARM SEEKING FARM MANAGER IN TEXAS
$3000/month Plus Living
Duties to include up to 7 days during on season - March - November.
Work is typically 5 days a week but can change with harvests.
December-February 3 days a week

Duties to include:
- Care for Horses (5), and pet goats, sheep, ducks and chicken - no animal experience required
- Landscape Maintenance on 8 acres
- Property and Fence Maintenance
- Weedeating property lines
- Planting Successions Of Harvest Items
- Weed Pulling
- Consistent and Scheduled Watering
- Composting
- Tilling — Manual and Automatic
- Harvesting Daily
- Flower conditioning and Cooler Inventory Maintenance
- Occasional Deliveries
- Small Carpentry Skills are a huge bonus
We provide housing.
Individuals should be good working with a team, be a natural leader, and also work well alone with good task management.
Hours change as the season changes, but can include 12-16 hour days. Plenty of breaks, but tasks are sometimes both early and late on a farm to avoid harvesting in the heat of summer.
You must be able to be up early when needed, typically 6AM during the summer months during the week.
We’ll take most of the afternoon off and be working again 7-9 for a few hours on the hottest days.
This is a position with very significant growth potential, joining a local startup at the ground level. We are looking for an individual to grow into leading operations at the farm.
Must speak english and have a drivers license.
Starting salary is $3000/month PLUS all bills paid in a private large apartment connected to the main living.
